2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Each person is allowed only one account. Accounts found to share the same name, IP address, or payment method will be closed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Vb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. Please contact our support team if you would like to know why your account was closed.

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• If KYC verification fails, your account may be restricted or closed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee.
• Members may also request account closure themselves; any valid balance will be refunded.
